Tuesday's Homework 1/10/12

Welcome back!!!!!!!!!! Hope everyone enjoyed there wonderful break! Today, we worked on getting back into routine. We will be reading non-fiction text for the next couple of weeks. ISAT is full of non-fiction text. Also, in math we will be working on time. You can help your child by asking them to read the time or show you what a certain time looks like. All students went home with paper clocks today so they can practice with time. Some language we are using in class is "quarter after ___" or "quarter before __" "half past __"

Homework:
Spelling: You Pick 3

Math: Workbook pg 83

Santa Letters: 2 paragraphs (introduction and thank you for each gift) At least one full page. Santa letters should be about "school Santa gifts"
